Collector's quality crystals

We know what questions are on your mind when buying crystals online. Is the quality good? Are they really as beautiful as in the pictures? Are they undamaged? That's why we have a concept that is unique in Europe and guarantees you the best possible selection.

Anything less than perfect is discarded

You may have noticed that we do not use quality codes (such as "A" or "Extra" quality) for our gemstones. For the simple reason that you always buy the best possible quality from us. We can only do this because we sort things out rigorously: all crystals that are not collector's quality go to our warehouse and are passed on to you once a year as a "Crystal Surprise Box" at the purchase price. There is no B-product in the boxes: even our discarded crystals are still real treasures.

Always buy in collector quality

What this means for you is that you shop in the Cologne store and in the online shop all year round:

• no crooked crystals

• no crystals with faded colors, chips or chips

• no crystals with dull or flat spots

• no asymmetrical or broken natural shapes

• uniform sizes (no mini tumbled stones, etc.)

• tested crystals with double quality control

In addition, we do not even buy fake, colored or synthetic stones and avoid mass-produced crystals.
