General terms and conditions of business
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) listed below apply to all orders via our online shop at witchlandia.de.
2 CONTRACTUAL PARTIES
The purchase contract is concluded with Christina Weidmann (sole proprietor) / Witchlandia. The company is based in Bismarckstr. 15 in 50672 Cologne. For further information, see the imprint.
3 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The conclusion of the contract is only possible in German. The presentation of our products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online product catalogue. You can select products from the range presented in the online shop and collect them in the so-called “shopping cart” by clicking on the “Add to shopping cart” button. On the category pages, which present you with an overview of several products, our “Quick Buy” option is usually available to you: If you move the mouse pointer over a product image, a “Quick Buy” button will appear. Clicking on this button opens a window in which you can add the product directly to the shopping cart by clicking again on the shopping cart symbol. At the top right next to the navigation you will find the shopping cart, which is represented by a symbol (shopping cart) or by the word "shopping cart" (depending on the device you are using to visit our site). By clicking on the symbol or the word "shopping cart" you can access your shopping cart and make changes there at any time, for example removing selected products from the shopping cart. By clicking on the "Checkout" button, you are given the option to log in to your customer account or continue as a guest, or to log in to the payment service provider PayPal. You will then be taken to the order overview. Here you can enter your personal data and select the payment and shipping conditions. As long as you do not click on the "Buy now" button, you can edit your entries, in particular the details of your order, and correct them if necessary, or cancel the purchase. If you use a payment service provider such as PayPal as the payment method, you will first be forwarded to the external website of the payment service provider. On this page you first enter your data. Finally, you will be redirected back to the online shop to the page with the order overview. As long as you do not click on the "Buy now" button, you have the option of editing or correcting your entries (in particular the details of your order) or canceling the purchase. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you are submitting a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. Immediately after sending the order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. The details of your order are listed again in the order confirmation. However, the order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within 5 working days. The contract text of these terms and conditions is not saved by us. You can access the current version of the General Terms and Conditions in our online shop. You also have the option of calling up our terms and conditions and printing them out in your browser or saving them electronically before you place your binding order.
4 PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
The prices on our website include the statutory VAT. In addition to the sales prices, there may be shipping costs. Delivery to Germany and Austria is free of charge. For delivery to France, Sweden, Denmark and Italy we charge €8.90. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes and fees usually apply. It is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
5 DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for orders within Germany is 1 to 3 working days. Orders to other European countries are delivered within 7 to 9 days.
Payment for orders on witchlandia.de is made via PayPal or credit card, Klarna, Apple Pa, Giropay or Sofortüberweisung. When paying with PayPal, after confirmation of the purchase you will be forwarded to PayPal, where you will be asked to pay. Only then does the purchase come about. When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.
We are liable for material defects and defects of title according to the applicable statutory provisions, in particular according to §§ 434 ff BGB. The warranty obligation for items delivered by us to entrepreneurs is one year after delivery.
8 CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason. The cancellation period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Witchlandia / Christina Weidmann, Bismarckstr. 15, 50672 Cologne, email@example.com) a clear statement (e.g. email or a letter sent by post) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than that offered by us , have chosen cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. We bear the costs of returning the goods.

In the event that individual provisions of the General Terms and Conditions listed here are or become invalid, or should the General Terms and Conditions contain an unforeseen gap, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. This does not apply if one of the contracting parties is so unreasonably disadvantaged due to the omission of individual clauses that the continuation of the contract can no longer be reasonably expected.
