You can create your DHL return label yourself within 30 days. The processing fee is €4 (for first returns & complaints, e.g. due to transport damage, no fees apply)

We want to make getting to know each other as easy as possible for you: within Germany, your first return is always free.
If your first order does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us free of charge with DHL within 30 days. Even after that, we want to make returns as straightforward as possible for you: if you are not happy with your order, you can initiate a return via our system, which we will offset with a processing fee of €4 upon refund.
As an alternative to our return service, you are of course entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from your contract within 30 days of receiving your order and return the item to us at your own expense. Please also note our cancellation policy.
Please note that we cannot process return requests by email; please use our online service for this.
